Prescott Car Wash

I was told to stay in my truck because of social distancing and went through the car wash with my antenna still on. Of course, the antenna was caught in the brushes and bent my antenna in half. I reported it right away to staff and they did nothing about it. Brand new truck and never had this happen to me in this past.

Have to fix the triple foam protectant

The automatic car wash doesn't work half the time and if it works, your car won't even get cleaned right. Charged my card $10 for a less than a minute wash.nEdit: went back the next day and I talked to the owner and he gave me certificates to make up for the wash, so I raised my rating to three.

1st time Took my money and second time didn't get anything I paid for...smh

When I used the automatic wash i paid for my wash of $10 . The machine washed my car with no soap at all multiple cars experience the same situation we all wrote a complain note and dropped in the office box . It's been over a month I still haven't received a refund or credit from my wash. I have left multiple voicemails and no response left other notes in box no return this location has the worst customer service ever
