Great service, good people.
We had service schedule with this company on 12/3. They never showed up and never called. My husband left a message asking for a call back. We were never called back. I called and left a message stating they had never come out for scheduled service and never called my husband back and would like a call back so we can schedule with another company if service would not be provided. I beilve the woman's name was Sue. She called my husband to tell him I was rude for leaving that message because they were busy plowing and were not in the office for 3 days and she did not like having to answer 48 messages. She felt my message was rude becuase I expected a business that had schedule service with us to 1. show up and 2. call back when they have blown off a service. She stated that they were busy plowing and they did not have time to check messages.nnWhen you run a business you are responsible for meeting customers needs. I have never experienced a business that ignores customers and gets mad at customers when they expect agreed upon services to be carried out. I would not recommend this companies services.
Scheduled for sewer pump out and Dave provided friendly, efficient service. Reasonable price and he found the tank easily. I will definitely hire again.
Excellent service! Prompt and very nice!
Friendly folks. My husband called to make an appointment last week (we dont have very big windows of time to work with). David showed up right when he said he would and got right to taking care of the pump out. Nice guy too. And he still had record of the date of our last service call. Price was reasonable.
