We arrived late (1 night stay), but they got us into a spot, got utilities connected. You won't get the Good Sam discount after the office closes, but you get a good spot for the night.nnIt was a bit of a chilly reception, the blowing snow in Tucson was quite the surprise!nnOther than that, good folks and friendly staff.nnDog park was nice for the pup.
We used the RV Campground on our way home from Scottsdale. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. The grounds are well maintained. The price is very reasonable.
I was really looking forward to going to the Food Fair, and it turned out to be a big disappointment! We stopped at a variety of vendors and if it wasn't one thing, it was another with each vendor. But considering it was a drive-thru, they probably figured people weren't coming back to complain about their food!!ud83dude0cud83dude14
Movie night with my family was great. Concessions were open too. Since the county fair was canceled due to COVID, it was good to get out and enjoy the movie. You have to tune into the radio station but they also played it through their sound system so the kids can sit outside on their lawn chairs.
Got a bucket of 25 freshly baked chocolate chip cookies for 20 $ at the Totaly Baked Cookies food truck at the Fair Foods Food truck gathering event.
