Best Western Parker Inn

I always look for Best Western when traveling because they seem to offer nice amenities at a fair price. However, since COVID-19, I’ve found that there has been huge price increases and all the amenities are gone. If I’m paying more because the rooms now have to be extra clean, I feel they should always have been that clean. This is true for all motels not just Best Western.

Every time I come here the room is clean and the host's are the most awesome people in town

I liked this place cause the bathroom was very big could move around in there and the shower had a bench to slide on to get in

Update:nManagers apology is not an apology but an insult to my intelligence. I asked the manager and have been told that went home for the day. If manager heard our conversation, should come and handle her employee. It is very sad that rather that truly apologizing, manager is trying deflect the problem. I don't know who issues reward to this hotel but for sure their integrity is also in question. You are in the guest services and you did not perform. You simply can not make the wrong right by deflecting your issues. I hope Best Western Franchise system will read this. FYI, I am an Elite Status customer and I stay many different hotels. I checked into this hotel based on the brand thru their app. During my check-in front desk clerk Mandy was very unfriendly and emptied her venom on me that her dislike for the motorcyclist. She had to answer me 5 sentences for every one sentence I talked to her. I was wondering if she had an off button. Room was clean like it should be. However 7:20am cleaning lady in my room to clean the room. I have never seen something like than during my stays in other hotels. Apparently this hotel has a serious management problem that can not just make the guests happy. I am taking 3 stars off for Mandy and one star off for the cleaning lady.

Hotel itself was very nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I have two warnings about staying there, however. I am not sure how long the breakfast food stays there in the fridge at the hotel, but it gave myself and my brother intense stomach cramps. On top of this, be wary scrolling through the channels on the TVs there. The adult channels are available for anyone and just scrolling through might cause you to stumble across something you do not want to see.
