I leased an office for a 12 months contract, I was rarely at the office as I travel quite a bit, I paid every month on the 1st as stated on the contract via wire transfer never a month late but every month I would get an email stating my payment was late and they were assessing late fees, I can understand if this were to happen one or two months but just about every month for the 12 month contract it was getting very annoying. At the end of the agreement I gave them a 60 day written notice and they said my agreement was renewed and I had to pay for another 12 months. It was very clear on the agreement that I could cancel by the end of the agreement. I had my attorney point out their agreement where it states I fulfilled my contractual obligations but yet they come back to my attorney and told us that they would cancel the renewed agreement if I forfeited my $804.00 deposit even though they knew they were in the wrong. the fight was not worth the $804 so I accepted. STAY AWAY go to other executive offices these people are very predatory and will do anything to take your money. Worst business practices I have ever seen.
