Incredibly excellent repair experience. Albert was the technician they sent to my house. Great person, showed me how the system worked and what I should be checking on. Best of all, my radiant floor boiler kept the house perfectly warm all winter. High recommend both D&D and Albert.
Oh my gosh--my water heater flooded the garage! I called and they sent someone out within 2 hours. In today's world that's amazing. They were able to put in a new water heater the same day! So happy with the service guy working in the rain and having hot water again. So many thanks.
I had called to get a quote on redoing my entire heat system with a radiant floor, and also to move a radiant baseboard pipe from my kitchen for a current remodel project. I immediately got an appointment to walk the project with promises to follow up on both the pipe and the flooring. Tomorrow, however, makes three weeks since the walk and I have called twice with no response or follow up.
David, from D & D came out and flushed our water heater, fixed toilet seat, and took apart the under the sink pipes to find the clog and cleaned it out. He was the prompt and professional. Thanks, D & D for sending Dave out to take care of our problems. We would highly recommendnD & D Plumbing to everyone.
