Don’t use the online appointment tool on the weekend! No one will answer! That should menWill let you know how the service is if someone calls me back to open my drain. Stars may change depending upon reactions.nTo follow up. I was able to contact the manager, let him know about the appointment tool not working on the weekend, and schedule service. He told me that they were 2-3 hours out. What can you do? Get this!!! 10 minutes later , I get a call and the tech is 5 minutes away!! Half hour later, drain is clear and life is good!! Thanks Rapid Rooter!

Rapid Rooter is the best. Nick was here today to replace a faucet and repair another one. A few months back he replaced 3 faucets in my guest house and I just have to say that Nick is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. The cost was very reasonable.
