Horrible! Destroyed my shirt for a wedding that I was in. Was not big deal for them to send me and my family out at almost 7pm to find all new matching clothes one day before the wedding. The owner said they would have no problem reimbursing me for my shirt. Now its 5 days later and they just told me it could be 2 weeks before they get me my money. 3 weeks for a 50 dollar shirt? And it's all with no apology for destroying my property. Not one apology!!nIf I could give 0 starts it would be my pleasure.
I will never use this place again. I was told one price for a simple alteration and charged 3 times more.
There was a miscommunication on the pickup date but JJ’s took care of me and had great customer service
