If I may say this company and the men who work for the company is/was great! Guys showed up on time, after ac unit was installed the guys showed me everything about the unit. From how it works to how to maintain the equipment. Definitely will be referring these guys to family and friends and will havingntjese guys service my pellet stove in the fall! Great service, customer service and equipment!

My experience with Parker Solutions LLC was a mixed bag. The staff is friendly and they eventually got the job done. However, it took multiple phone calls, several trips to the office, and overall a lot of “babysitting”, for lack of a better word, to ensure that they got the work done by the date that we had initially scheduled. This, I’m sure, is a product of them being very busy, but I was assured of their ability to complete the work on time, and it shouldn’t take a thorn in your side to do what you said you would.nnThe work they provided seemed to be of good quality, but I was billed for far more than I was told the work would cost when I went to their office. There was no communication of cost increases at any point along the way and it seems that I was billed for several trips to the property after their initial assessment. This indicates to me that they bill their customers for their own inefficiencies.nnI would be hesitant to recommend their services to anybody at this point.
