Overall a positive stay. No real concerns- room was clean and nicely supplied. Check in and check out we’re quick and easy. Dealers and servers throughout the visit were for the most part courteous. There wasn’t anything that really blew me away, however. I wasn’t overly impressed by the experience and certainly no disappointed. I would repeat but will probably check out other casinos before settling on Atlantis.
The cleanest casino in town. A bit further away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and that plays to its advantage. Pretty much the only casino I go to anymore because of the lower amount of smoke. No joke, take a ride of the elevators. It's like a local attraction.
We had a fantastic stay! Almost every employee we encountered went above and beyond. Michael at check in, Gabby at the Spa, Luna who got us rewards cards, Lucky our server at the Sky Bar, and Donna our bellhop. Everyone was so welcoming and such good service. Our room was also very clean, firm comfortable beds, amazing water pressure. Will definitely be returning for our next stay in Reno!
We had the most amazing time! The food was so good. We got a free room upgrade. Glass elevators. Super clean rooms. Ultra luxury for a great deal. We will definitely be back. Family friendly.
Visiting family in Reno. They treated me to supper here a week ago. We ordered so many things on the menu but when they brought the appetizer jalapeno poppers I was hooked! I'm leaving tomorrow and had to go one more time for the poppers!!! They are amazing and I highly recommend them. The calimari was the best I've had in a very long time. Staff is friendly and attentive and service is exceptional!!! I highly recommend this place!
