Rusty and Hillary are very sweet people. The rooms are really nice, although I have not been in there since they took it over from the previous owners, Larry and Carol DeLew, they also were very nice people

Hillary is very helpful and nice to work with. I needed to stay for an extended period of time when I was transitioning to teaching in town last fall. She & staff worked with my schedule, even getting me into one of the kitchenette type rooms when one was available. The regular rooms are always clean with laminate flooring so you don't have the worry of carpet that has who knows what spilled on it. VERRRY comfortable beds, King or Queen. Train noise is minimal. We have stayed there multiple times, with each being very pleasant and delightful.

Poor would not describe the way I was treated on the phone this morning. I tried to book a room, at first the lady was some what polite, but with the current restrictions in Nevada, it’s understandable that some businesses would shut down, or be forced to change operations. But to be called an “As-hole” as they are hanging up the phone is not appropriate, business like, or acceptable. ‘Small town” is no excuse to treat someone like that. You might even try to be a lot nicer, you May find out who or where they are from. If you want to apologize, you can reach me at the phone number off my website.
