Everything in Reno and surrounding areas were booked up. Displace head available rooms and was nicer than expected when I got there. I will definitely stay here again and recommend you check it out. Very good on nightly price
Food was decent but was very slow on vetting my burger. 46 mini to be exact with only 7 tables.. 13 people at best eating.nStaff was ok just piss poor management or lack of training in the restaurant..
When i checked the front desk lady was super friendly. The room was very clean and updated. The bed is comfortable. And they had a mini fridge in the room. Great experience!
My stay is usually uneventful, but when I arrived this trip, I had just driven 3 hrs to get to the hotel and needed sleep b4 my graveyard shift began when along came someone using what sounded like a leaf blower right outside my door -the person made TWO passes- which had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on it. And just a few mins ago the employee were hopin' & hollerin' right outside my door -for about half an hr- ...I must have quiet in order to get the sleep I need, b/c my job is about a 45min drive from the hotel, but it is extremely difficult when employees ignor their own DO NOT DISTURB signs.
Friendly staff and nice rooms. A little over priced but ok.
