The staff is very friendly. The 2 housekeepers did an awesome job on cleaning the rooms and vacuuming the hallways. Great prices for the stay. Will always stay here when I come through Battle mointain
I had low expectations, but they weren’t low enough. The person at the front desk was nice, but wasn’t wearing a mask during the pandemic. The water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable enough. The place is super run-down. Things are worn, dirty, and broken.
Zero stars is more accurate! This place was absolutely disgusting. We had a new baby in our party and asked to be refunded to stay elsewhere and were refused our money back. I even tried to negotiate and only get the second nights pay back and that too was a no go. I have worked in customer service and believe any business that doesn’t offer a refund for poor quality service/accommodations know that their service is poor. Any person that has the customers best interests does whatever is necessary to make the customer comfortable and happy! This owner does not care about you as a customer or your safety!
Very inexpensive. The host was very friendly and helpful (Amen). The rooms were adequate but no frills.
For the price, the room was great. The hotel seems like it may be under new ownership. At least that was my impression. Don't get me wrong the hotel does need some improvements however, for the price I paid could not complain.
