Jeff Motsinger is a disgrace to this organization and their entire industry. Trying to purchase a piece of land in Taos, I repeatedly asked him to provide a simple drawing of what approximate boundaries of the property are that I am considering and he not only refused to provide the needed information, he even tried to teach me how Google Earth works instead, ignoring that property lines are not marked on their satellite imagery.nnFinally giving up, I politely informed him that I will seek out the help of a different broker, as he obviously is either unable or unwilling to provide the information I was asking for. Wish things had ended at that point but he has continued sending messages with derogatory names and condescending remarks that I am certain will not be allowed by Google to be mentioned here.nnI am not aware of everyone else in this office is as unprofessional as he is, but if his attitude and conduct are any indication of the way they wish to conduct business, I highly recommend you find another firm to handle your real estate needs.
