Bond Plumbing & Heating

Called and made an appt - 2 1/2 week wait. Day of appt no one showed. Called the office and was told I was in the system but the person who took my appt failed to put me on the schedule. The owner called me later in the morning and apologized for the mix up and said he would call me the next morning to schedule something. No call the next morning or the next.

Customer Service is exceptional. We had a line bust in fill a room with water. Although Dow Bond Plumbing could not get to me, the sweet lady that answered the phone gave me LOTS of useful information and was on standby should our home builder not get back in touch. It's the holiday season and I'm just thankful DB was on the other end of the line. I highly recommend them for their promptness and caring of my situation.

It was a dark & stormy night - snowing & blowing - and my radiant in-floor heat quit working. I woke up to a freezing house in the morning. I called Dow Bond. The receptionist Kay was very kind & helpful & prioritized my situation. Larry Mapes, the owner, came out at noon, diagnosed & replaced the thermocouple & I had heat by 1pm! The bill was quite reasonable & I am super happy & grateful! Thank you, Larry, Kay & Dow Bond Plumbing & Heating!
