They replaced my furnace back in 2016. The job was supposed to take a day, day and a half tops. The job took 3 and a half days. According to 2 other plumbers in the Alamogordo area, the furnace was installed improper, the venting was not right, and no permit was pulled. I give them a 1 star only because it's as low as u can go. Very poor workmanship an would definitely not recommend.
My water heater started leaking so bad and it actually flooded me laundry room. I called Nowell plumbing asking for emergency help and he got his guys over in less than 10 minutes! Very polite, very professional, and they did a stellar job fixing my water heater. I highly recommend them!
Stood me up 2 days running! I called to make an appointment, and they said they could make it out the next morning or afternoon. So I took the day off work. Nobody was able to make it and nobody called to reschedule until I called them at 4pm. When I called they said their worker had an accident on the way up, but would be there Tomorrow morning. I called the next morning to confirm and their dispatcher said that my work order was on the top of the list. 1200, and nobody showed so I called. They said they were backed up but would be there later in the afternoon. 3pm, and nobody had shown. I called and they said that it didn't look like they could make it... they never called me or gave updates. Do not hire these jokers unless you wanna be left waiting on nothing.
