I've gotten clear information the couple times I've called with questions, so I was able to be prepared for my appointment and it went smoothly. The system they have for appointments works well and made my trip there much faster than I was expecting. Cassandra served me and was very helpful with a couple questions I had about a title transfer.
They are fast ad they can and very helpful. They are cleaning between every costumer. You do need to set up an appointment before you come.
Went to get my DL. Brought in a copy of my Valley Telecom bill with my correct address, they said they never heard of them and didn't think it was a legitimate company.... Then, had an invoice with correct address for propane and they said that an invoice is not a bill. Are you kidding me? Lordsburg used to be the difficult one, now its Silver City. Don't you want the revenue for the county? Why is the customer service so poor? I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
The workers were at the top of their game.
The ladies there are rude and snappy. And dont really care about you have to say. And they avoid questions they don't want to answer. Was not a good experience.
