I hired him two years ago to paint inside my house along with my kitchen cabinets. He totally destroyed the inside of my home. He did not finish just never returned. He stole my kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. He is also not following up with money due awarded from small claims court.

I contacted Armando for commercial painting work to be done, requested a quote from him. He was not on schedule and eventually we required him to start the project he bid on. While Armando claimed he was going to sign and return our contract and start the work, he failed to sign our contract agreement for the work, failed to start the work, and also communication was lost as his phone number was no longer valid a day after we spoke to begin. Cannot suggest this person to anyone in the area, residential or commercial. Beyond unprofessional and clearly does not understand how to operate a business.
