CTS Dry Cleaners

I dropped off my items, asking them to dry clean them. Although the items were not ordinarily tems they service, the staff member said she would, at a minimum, ensure they were cleaned. I picked the items up, but hadn't inspected them in front of the staff member. That was wehre I made a mistake. I paid full price and thanked them. I just took them out of the bag and was about to hang them up and low and behold, the items were still dirty and wrinkled. The only thing CTS Cleaners did do to my items was put a tag on them and wrap them in a bag.nExtremely unprofessional and a dishonest business maneuver.

I love it here I'm an employee here the staff is amazing we became not just but we're like family here everyone here helps each other and I couldn't ask for better bosses Cassandra pavon and Annette augirre. We're also the only Dry Cleaner service here in silver city Now.M
