Seasonal employees are necessary, but their knowledge is limited. I came in the store to purchase a mop that showed to have 35 in stock online. After a 30 minute wait in line (it was quite lovely outside, I’m not complaining), there were no products on the shelf. I asked for help, and very little was done to seek out the product. I left, ordered it online, and my order was filled. I used the pick-up curbside option, and Sabrina J. was the awesome woman who helped me. She was quick, helpful, and knew her stuff. I was unable to fill out the survey with her name, but I hope someone sees this and let’s her know she rocks. Thank you, Sabrina! I will be using curbside pickup from now on because of her.

My wife and I went in to get some lumber for our raised bed gardens and had the pleasure of being helped by Tyrone. He cut our lumber to the precise dimensions we asked! Very personable employee; his work ethic exemplifies what it means to put customers first. Another associate in the lumber department, Ben, also helped us find the right pieces of lumber for the job. Thanks guys!

Been here a couple times since buying a new house and I gotta say I’m impressed with the prices. Everything seems fairly priced.

Excellent place to get all the things I need to improve my home and lawn. The employees are so helpful and always around when I need them and they are so knowledgeable on any and all areas of their store. Very helpful staff on the floor!

Looks like you when you call Home Depot and ask her if they have something here lately you should get the guy's name or whoever tells you they have it. if they don't have it they don't have it don't get you to drive all the way there and it's been hours and then ask people when they tell you it's an aisle 50 and it's not I mean it's just change for my chainsaws all I wanted you know when I ask for help I usually need it don't just point to the west or Eastern North and say over that way but to their defense one guy did help me he had to call two or three people to find out where all the chains had gone and evidently they've taken them down and talked to him in the back room to count them or something or at least that's how the story goes hey if somebody asked you if you have something in stock and even on your phone it says they have it in stock be sure and get the person's name that tells you they have it
