These guys are great. They arrived on time loaded our luggage and got us to/from the airport without any issues. The van was comfortable and our driver was very safe and efficient. Would book again without question.

This was the worst experience with transportation I have ever had. Our plane was delayed and I called before our plane was able to leave New Orleans and was told that I could sleep at the airport with 3 kids, ages 1, 12, and 14 bc their buses do not run after a certain time. I was unable to get a refund bc I didn’t have trip insurance even thought I called about 4 hours before to let them know our plane was delayed ,and what time our plane would land. So, at this point I have to pay another cab and another room stay bc we couldn’t make it to our destination. When I called the next day to see about getting a refund bc it wasn’t their fault nor ours I was rudely told by home James no and that maybe next I should stay home..I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Front door pickup right to the terminal, easy, clean and professional. No reason to rent a car with this service and in town free busses. Will do it again!

I want to thank Home James for the amazing job they did to deliver our 3 college age kids to their destination on their first trip out of town on their own. They were scheduled to be dropped of at a local store and take an Uber to their rental house (as shown as possible on the Uber app). However, when they got there, Uber showed no service available and they would have been dropped off with a 3 mile walk to their rental in the snow with their luggage. Their driver (maybe because they were the last ones, but probably against company protocol) offered to drop them off at their rental instead! Thank you Home James, we (and if you are reading this too) are forever grateful for the integrity of your driver to realize the situation and act in a way that would insure the safety of your riders in their situation. As a parent, I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤ufe0f Home James is our company for life.
