Great location in Winter Park CO. Super close to the shops and ski lifts. I was a little disappointed when I arrived and learned that the hot tub was closed :/ There was no AC in my room, but when it got too hot, I just cracked a window and used the box fan that was provided. Overall, the room was extremely clean and stocked with various utensils. I would definitely stay at Fraser Crossing and Founders Points again!

Location is amazing and hotel is very nice. Disappointed in some of the staff however. When entering area, instructions were unclear about which gate to enter through and the man directing people and taking payments was insanely rude. When you stay in a place such as a hotel, the staff really helps determine your experience—this staff member made it so we don’t plan on staying here again.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH 3RD party!!nIt has been a nightmare on vacation of all things. I booked through Booking.com thinking it would be like most hotels, a place to park, a front desk with a human to talk to given that I drove all the way out from Michigan and wanted some comfort knowing I was in the right place. You will have to book parking in advanced, which 3rd parties won’t tell you and Fraser Crossing won’t send you an email for until the day before your arrival. This will put you in a jam upon arrival. You’ll be wondering where to park and what to do, to unload and get into your room. So after visiting the Zephyr Lodge across the street and talking with a very nice concierge lady I was given the number to obtain parking. After about 30 minutes of online forms, I was registered for parking. However my QR code was not due to the fact that it takes a few days for it to work, so I had to use the help button and luckily the last saw my reservation and let me in the garage. Here I am after paying for this place feeling lucky to get in? This unsettled me greatly and gives me anxiety to the maximum. Now to find the code for the unit. The unit number was set via Booking.com and I knew where to go and found the unit with ease. However, upon arriving to the unit the passcode was not the “pin#” Booking.com had given me. So after calling the hotel # and being dealt with not very nicely as my anxiety of getting into a place on a cold winter night is through the roof I am given a website to sign up for which the lady on the phone says was sent to me with the booking.com information which is was not. She was very rude and short with me during their normal operation hours and couldn’t understand my frustration with the situation. Here I am thinking everything is all good through Booking.com yet when I get here there are several portal and guest registration processes to go through to get the access code to the room. All these things are laid on me upon arrival making the situation very stressful after a nearly 22 hours drive in a blizzard. After finally getting the code and getting into my room I am relieved. The room is very nice and clean. I had a great nights rest. I woke up early to go out for some coffee and check the resort conditions, I figured my room code, the pin # from Booking.com, or the QR code to the garage (even though I would have to walk around the whole building in the cold) that I was given would allow me access back into the building. This was not the case. After being locked out for 30 mins (luckily it’s somewhat warm between the main entrance and the frigid cold outside) I called the hotel line again, same number I had called the day before for all these problems. I am once again dealt with rudely, not given the right code to get into the MAIN building, then after I explained my frustration the lady says it’s Booking.com’s fault and there is nothing she can do for me she then says “This is the emergency line, if this isn’t an emergency I can’t help.” (Remember this is the same number I called a day previous but because it was before 7am it’s an “emergency”) Thankfully there’s was another resident coming down to walk his dog and I was able to get back into the building. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a property rental. When it comes to being away from home hospitality and homeliness means more than a nice place. I’ve been to thousands of places around the world from Dubai to backwoods Kentucky and this is the least help and the least I’ve ever been made to feel at home. I will never ever stay at Fraser Crossing and I recommend you stay away unless you know someone who directly owns a unit here. The ladies excuse on the phone was always “we have over 300 properties sit in sorry for the inconvenience.” This is the most I have wrote in a long time. If you read this, don’t let it take away from the resort. The place is an epic vibe with some seriously fun terrain and absolutely stunning views!!
