My boyfriend and I stayed in a king suite for Valentine’s weekend. The bed was comfortable but it randomly collapsed at 3 AM and we had to move to a different room in the middle of the night. The fireplace didn’t work well. The continental grab-n-go breakfast ends at 10, and the restaurant doesn’t open until 3, which results in 5 hours or zero food options in the hotel. (There’s also not many food options, if any, in walking distance). When we moved to the new room, the mini fridge was more like a freezer, so all our leftovers were completely frozen in the morning. Positives: the shuttle comes right to the front door, and the employees were very helpful and accommodating and gave us a $100 refund. It’s not their fault that the hotel is falling apart.

Excellent service! The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Also, the amenities were awesome, they had movies playing at the pool for the families and activities on the first floor. Overall, great hotel, would definitely recommend.

I researched multiple resorts for weeks and chose this one based off of pictures, and the convenience of activities around the area. I wish I would have spent the extra buck and stayed somewhere else. The staff doesn’t seem to be equipped to handle a “resort”. I walked in the lobby multiple times and there was a sign positioned stating “Sorry away assisting other guest, will be back shortly.” The pictures are not up to date, they don’t keep up with the esthetics of a “Resort”. I have never stayed somewhere, (even a motel) where they don’t do room service. We also lost heat not once, but also a second night. I can’t say it was a horrible stay, but from what I seen online and expected. I was simply disappointed. The best experience I had was at the Ski Rental inside the “Resort”. I would recommend them to anyone!

Not great for families or for more than 1-2 nights. Ok if you’re young and need a place to crash or driving from denver and what to stay the night to be close to the slopes. By no means a “resort” and not a place to drop $ on a family trip. Place is extremely mismanaged and understaffed. 1 person working at the restaurant on 6pm on Saturday. Front desk staff young 20 something boys who seem to hate their jobs. Complimentary breakfast was semi frozen breakfast burritos and granola bars not even coffee or a napkin near by! Snow plow plowed the parking lot from 4-5am and woke up all our kids. Space heaters placed throughout the hotel because heat was not on. Doesn’t look like an ounce of money or thought has been put into this hotel for at least 5-10 years. Just hoping I can save others from a super disappointing experience.
