After interviewing Troy, the owner, I knew I didn't have to look any further for a builder. They guided and directed me every step of the way in order to realize a very big project, a house that would sleep 32 people. The result is beautiful and very inviting. They managed to make a large house seem very cozy. My experience with them was wonderful. They are kind, considerate, competent people and they listen very well. Included in the process were many lunches at Maverick's Grill which just added to the enjoyment of the project. I would have no reservations about recommending them for any project, no matter what the size. Like me, you need look no further.

Big Valley built our custom home in Grand Lake in 2017. From start to finish they were outstanding to work with - from Troy, the owner, to Mike our Project Manager to Greg, our on-site foreman - every single person was responsive and professional. Their subs were outstanding as well. Each time we visited the job site it was clean, the subs that were there that day were friendly and answered every question we had. Because we were out of state when our home was being built, we got pictures taken 2 or 3 times a week and uploaded to the web where we could literally see the progress being made, which was not only exciting, but very helpful as we were able to identify a couple of minor issues that were corrected immediately. The workmanship that Big Valley does is second to none - from the tile to the wood floor to the trim and carpentry work to the paint and stain, everything was just perfect. Like every new build, there were a few minor issues post completion, but those were taken care of quickly and completely. Even though the home was completed in 2017, we remain friends with all of the Big Valley folks - we consider them family. If you want a quality, well built home that you can be proud of, I highly recommend Big Valley.

BVC build our custom home in 2019. Everyone there was excellent. Zach listened to our needs and kept us informed of progress. House has been flawless since. Would highly recommend them

I had to do work on 6 of their buildings from the ground up and have never had a good experience with anyone from Big Valley. None of them know how to schedule trade work in a building, it's an absolute free for all on site since no one will take any kind of charge. I have had to put an 8 ft ladder on a man lift, take it up to ceiling height about 15 or 16 feet in the air and jump off the ladder above ceiling height to get to cooler to do work it's completely unsafe and risked my life but I would honestly rather do that again then work another Big Valley job!
