Worst car wash ever! Went to wash my truck, no soap. Call the kid working there over. He shuts it off then on and nothing. I go looking for him and he is gone. Tell the cops that I want my money back and he said he would call owner.
I used the first bay at this car wash and when I was complete with my wash I hit the stop button as it instructed (over and over), and as I have done before. The machine kept running time and charging me. There was a number listed in the bay that I called and it's disconnected. They have no number listed on their website or on google... gee wonder why? Ripping people off seems to be the motive here. I would like a refund for the part of the wash I didn't use, but obviously they won't let you get in contact with anyone to do this. Stay away - shady. Don't use your credit card - they will just keep charging you even after you have hit the stop button.
Compared with other do-it-yourself car washes that I've been to, the wash time here cost more per minute of use. During my first visit, the foam brush didn't work. I used a different station on my second visit and the brush there worked fine. I tried the wax setting this time and to my surprise I was very happy with the end result. All and all the equipment is old and run down, and yet it it's a place that is functional to where I could gets the job done.
Very happy to find a place to wash off the filthy car! Had to wait for 30 minutes! Happy that it took credit card!
