I called early on a Saturday morning when my sump pump failed and water was seeping across the basement floor. Jimmy and his trainee arrived a few hours later and were both very professional and knowledgeable. The price they quoted was reasonable and they had the new pump installed in less than an hour. They didn't waste my time trying to upsell me or otherwise BS me. By far the best experience I've ever had with a plumber!
I absolutely recommend Jim Needham Plumbing!! I just purchased a home that needed all of the galvanized piping replaced. Jim’s quote was the most competitive (obviously a plus!) but after talking with him I knew he’d be honest, reasonable & do good work (more important, in my book!) He took the time to explain what was done, didn’t try to oversell anything, and offered some super helpful tips & tricks. Really impressed & will be using this team whenever I have any plumbing/cooling issues!!
Absolutely awesome, Jarid showed up over 30 minutes early, which I was not expecting because of the 4 hour window for the appointment. Professional, clean, willing to work with the customer to make sure they are happy. Jarid was finished quickly and with no nonsense. Unlike some other companies, never got the feeling that he would attempt or do something that wasn’t needed, also helped me solve another problem that he wasn’t responsible for. Great service, that is reasonably priced and done correctly is greatly appreciated. I didn’t plan on leaving a review but I would definitely use this companies service again without hesitation because of the efficacy of the company and the technician.
These guys were the fourth plumbers to come try to fix my leak. They were professional and thorough abs got the job done without delay. They explained what they were doing abs why. Ultimately the fourth time was a charm! I’m so relieved not to have gallons of water a day drilling out of my faucet anymore. It was worth the cost. Also the work is guaranteed with a two year warranty!!!
Zolie was absolutely amazing. He not only gave me a few options for the water heater, he also worked with me when I changed my mind the next day. Professional, kind and just an overall awesome guy. I'm so happy with his service and how quickly he took care of the water heater and gave us back our hot water!
