Really professional and Fast response time
I made an anonymous call to this dept b/c my neighbors were on “kill mode.” I heard them knock on their door several times, but of course these disruptive losers didn’t answer and were totally silent. A few minutes later I heard knocking on my neighbors doors. Then I got a knock on my door. I wasn’t going to answer b/c I asked to remain anonymous- that IS my right. So knocking on my door wasn’t the issue. My issue is that they tried to open my door. What? This is my home.nThe door so happened to be locked but if the door was not locked were they going to come into my home without justification? GO TO HELL GESTAPO.
I had to wait for a ride for 2 hours in the UNHEATED building foyer on a cold, snowy night after I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. It was a 10-degree windy and cold night, with the doors kept blowing open every 30 seconds, and the officers refused to let me sit in the heated area of the building. If were a taxpayer in town, I would have had something major to say about that. I've ever been treated like a criminal without having committed a crime before.
I am eternally grateful for all of the officers who responded to my family emergency the other night. From the moment I called until the point that they saved the day, they were kind, professional, and thorough. I can't thank them enough. I'm proud to live in a city with such a wonderful police department.
Officer Sgt William Gallant was very helpful to me when i requested for a record. He was friendly and seems passionate about his work. I got the document I wanted in less than 10 mins.
