They truly don't answer emails in any sort of real-time. I sent in asking about enforcement on the clusteruck known as the 95/93 interchange and 2 days later still no response. It has now been 10 days without a response. If the police can't figure out how to respond to what I believe is a simple inquiry I'm not sure how they can handle more complex situations.nnI also called about a reckless driver /road rage but after the 3rd or 4th sub menu I gave up and stopped trying to report the incident. I do applaud their creative way to reduce crime statistics, truly inspiring!

I want to thank all the Woburn police for responding so fast to the fire at my house . They went in and got my dog out. They were extremely helpful and caring and understanding I could never thank them enough. Thank you all with all my heart . The Queens and Grecos

Got pulled over last night because I ran a red light. I really didn’t think I did or at least not fully. I have a dash cam, so after the stop I checked out the footage and I did. Lol. The police officer was very nice and friendly when he came out. I really liked the interaction I had with him. Was positive.
