Comfortable bed but there was no hot water. So I couldn't take a shower. Breakfast was good. Would give 4-5 stars if not for hot water issue.

Very clean, bed was very comfortable. I liked the pillows. Staff was nice. Glad we stayed here, was worth the dollars extra

The level of customer service I was given was Excellent. The manager Rachel. made shure I was ok trough out my stay. The gym is nice the pool was fun to swim in. Breakfast was also good.nAnd the staff was also very helpful and friendly

Don’t stay here if you want your hotel to follow Covid safety procedures. I stayed for a week while on a business trip. I was checked in by a young man wearing a mesh mask. I complained to the manager and absolutely nothing was done. I saw him wearing the exact same mask the entire week I was there. I also caught him and another employee behind the front desk with no mask on at all several times throughout my stay. Another young female employee had her mask on with her nose hanging out. They made zero attempt to enforce the mask mandate among their guest either. People congregated in large groups in the lobby and breakfast room with no masks on. Their lack of concern for the health of their guests and employees was very disturbing. I also wasn’t impressed with the state of my room upon check in. It was rather grimy and I doubt it had been disinfected. I had one half roll of toilet paper in the entire room, and the canisters in the shower containing shampoo and body wash were empty. No small bottles were provided. This is without a doubt the worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in. I’m disappointed because I’ll be in this area often for work. I won’t be staying here again.

Hotel not very well taken care of, cracked ceiling, paint about to fall down, toilet leaked, and such. Just need to take a bit more care of the hotel and rooms. One thing I can say is the front desk girl was super sweet and friendly.
