Tony is not only a superb salesman and technician, he is also very personable. He is serious when he needs to be and funny when he has the chance. I believe he said we were the first ever call -back on a tankless install. And the issue was a learning experience for us. Seems our master bath shower head was only pulling 6 gallons per minute meaning it wasn't pulling enough water through for the system to operate correctly! He fixed the shower head and Presto, it worked great. Yes, I will recommend him to any who need a new water heater.
Thames Plumbers were in and out quickly and were very accommodating. The technician accidentally got some rust from an old toilet on our carpet, without hesitation they took the steps to get it cleaned! My husband and I both own a small business and their customer service was over the top! Will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs!
The plumber was extremely quick to fix the problem. All fixed in less than an hour. Very reasonable price for time spent on the job. The plumber was very informative about the plumbing issue and did an excellent job. Definitely will be using Thames Plumbers Co again in the future.
Quick service. I called and they had a technician at my home within 2 hours. The technician was professional and fixed the issue quickly. Offered me an affordable membership that that paid for the visit and additional visits for a year. Would recommend their services to anyone in need.
