They installed a water heater for us during the pandemic, and they did a fantastic job. The installation guys wore masks the whole time and observed social distancing, and explained everything we needed to know about the new water heater. The whole thing was fast and done very professionally. The heater itself is working great. Strongly recommend using them if you need help.

After I left two voicemail messages, a guy named Steve called me back and told me that he would come at 9am today to meet me at the work site. I took time off from work and got there at 8:50 and had waited for 45min. He didn't show up. I called and left voicemail. For the whole day no one got back to me :(. Bad experience. Will avoid them in future.

had a bad experience with this company for not honoring the warranty.nnThey hire subcontractors for less expensive jobs such as drain cleaning. If a subcontractor fails to do a job properly they will charge a full fee for the second service.nnI had positive experience in the past, but they recently changed their business model and started using subcontractors. The quality of service went literary down the drain.
