The whole crew was excellent. On time, neat and concerned with keeping my building clean. informative explained how everything works And ask me multiple times if I had any other questions at all. Very impressed.
What can I say? I had a shower that wouldn’t turn off. I was able to schedule online for SAME day service. Their initial fee was 25$ cheaper than the other company I called. They said 1 to 4 and they were at my building by 1:15. Casey checked out the complication and gave me best and worst case possibilities. They explained clearly, and set off to work. The were done thirty minutes later and actually arrived in a little below the best case cost! Fast, efficient, and professional! I would not hesitate to call them again. Casey was excellent from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier!
I had to have a whole new water heater installed. I called one day, they were out the next at the time they had advised. They let me know when they were on the way. Leonardo was professional, quick and nice. I had all this done in one morning for what I consider a terrifc price. I would use them again any time
