The guy who helped only asked if what we were painting was interior. We said yes, then he brings us a can of shell white which we did want. He didn't tell us the don't put primer in it and we did tell him the shade of the current wall was off-white. In result I went to return it and all he offered was to take my now almost empty can to dump it.nGo anywhere else, I'm sure you will have some better customer service.
