I called to say I found someone’s wallet. Officer on the phone was friendly, polite, and helpful. I took the wallet to the station, and again the officer was kind, friendly and assured me they would do their best to connect the person with their wallet. I could see they were busy, but the officer gave me patient attention. Professional and courteous.

Because the police station in my neighborhood of District 10 is sorely lacking in overall neighborhood friendliness and service, i.e. the Walgreens on 5300 3rd Street has frequent thefts, some of which I've witnessed firsthand, and the District 10 station has no urgency around correcting this, I go to the Taraval Police Station since it's near my alma mater Lincoln High School.nnMany thanks to officer Yee who has taken at least 3 separate police reports from me at this location. He's consistently patient, professional and pragmatic about taking down information every time I've come in.nnI would have given the station 5 stars but unfortunately had an incident with stocky, short female officer who seemed to be having a difficult day today, 6/13/19. She actually pulled out her body camera after asking me if I had attitude when I simply wanted to report a theft from my office building. She claimed she grew up in the city yet had never heard of my office building, a very well-known building by locals of San Francisco, and then proceeded to become erratic and combative while pulling out her bodycam to record our conversation. I IMMEDIATELY shut her down and asked to speak to another officer as she was out of line and over top with her rude behavior. You're in SERVICE dear, remember that. If you can't hack it, go find another job. Tell that to your buddies at City Hall. Especially do-nothing Breed.nnThanks again office Yee. I appreciate your consistent, great service and helpfulness in taking down my police report on the theft that happened at my building.

WOW, they were so rude. Had an update to an ongoing case, and the operator dismissed me without doing ANYTHING; he was literally the most lazy police department employee I've ever talked with, and I'm very shocked by his attitude.
