Several years ago we needed to replace our sink disposal. Magic was quick to respond, pleasant to work with. When I had a new problem today, I called in and while I was talking, the person on the line used my phone number to call up incredible detail about the earlier job. I had the same result today: the call was pleasant, the service was incredibly fast (about an hour and a half between my first call and completion of the job) and all things considered the price reasonable. This is the company to call when you need reliable work fast.
Bernardino was on time, professional, fixed the problem, along with being very nice.
Will use your service in a few weeks
Had an issue with a leaky toilet. Magic Plumbing responded to our service call within an hour. They showed up masked up to our home. They reviewed the area, gave a reasonable estimate and a next day installation. We were quickly able to accept the estimate and set up a next day installation. True to their word, they showed up on time, COVID-19 compliant, removed the old toilet, confirmed the leak, repaired the issue and installed a new toilet in a short time frame. The staff were friendly, easy going and responsive. Would highly recommend their services.
Update: Used Magic Plumbing & luckily got Joey again. He was even a little early this time. Came prepared with the parts that he anticipated he'd need to use, and was able to fix our toilet leak extremely quickly. He also made sure to do a bunch of tests to be sure that the fix was solid ud83dudc4d My go-to and I will continue to recommend!!nnJoey was funny, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. He replaced our garbage disposal, replaced our leaky pipe, and then threw in a complimentary quick fix of our cold water!
