My 6 year old daughter loved this salon. She doesn't like haircuts, but the option to watch a movie during her cut made it fun. Her stylist did a great job on her hair. Even more impressive was watching the other stylist skillfully cut screaming, thrashing toddlers! They were amazing. This salon really does an amazing job with children. We will definitely be returning! Update: Second visit was a great as the first. The stylist even put color spray in her hair when styling her, she felt so fancy!

The staff is very friendly, the email with instructions is straightforward, the little cars for chairs is really cool, and I like the distraction of TV. My child did better here than he does when my mom cuts his hair. However, I don’t love the haircut he received. I was late for another appointment so I didn’t take too close a look at his hair at the salon, then was disappointed when I got home. I suppose that’s my fault for not looking closely, but I want to go somewhere that will give my son a better quality cut without needing my scrutiny. I would say, based on the haircut, that these are cheaper-quality haircuts, but you go there if you want your kid to have a good experience. I will either go to my mom for free or pay more elsewhere for a better cut. Keep in mind that this was only my experience with one stylist. I’m sure there are other good stylists who work there, and maybe my stylist was new. I also have very high expectations when it comes to haircuts, so if you don’t need your kid’s hair to be perfect, this would be a place I recommend.

My son had a great experience getting his haircut here! She was patient with my him even when he was a bit unsure of the whole process and did her best to make him comfortable.

We love Cookie Cutters in South Jordan! We love Amy because she is so great with my kids. Even if someone else cuts their hair, everyone is super nice. It is clean, organized, and we usually get called back close to our appointment time. I think the price has gone up, but I keep going back because of how nice they are. My son needs a haircut every 4 weeks and his hair is always cut perfect.

We brought our 2 year old for a haircut. Normally we go to the Ft Union location since that's what is closer to us, but we were in the area so we went to this location. We were ever happy with the service and this location. I believe Diana was our stylist. She was really nice and did a fantastic job with my son's hair. He is never scared when we bring him in for a cut. They make the kids very comfortable and make the experience as fun as possible for them.
