We've had a reservation at this location for more than a month for a couples massage that was confirmed three times including yesterday. The location called us today (day of the reservation) to tell us that either one of us or neither of us could get the massage. This is incredibly unprofessional of the location and based on other reviews it seems this is a common practice. Buyer Beware!

I've only been to this location twice. The first time, it seemed like the massage therapist kept falling asleep. She'd just sit there half the time with her hands sitting there on me but not massaging. She also ended the appointment early. Today I went again, and while the massage therapist did a better job of the massage, my 1.5 hour massage ended up being about 1 hour and 5 minutes. I know they give 5 minutes before and after to undress, but she started at 9:50am (appointment was at 9:45am) and I was checked out and driving out of the parking lot by 11:02am (appointment should have ended at 11:15am). Very frustrating to pay for a 1.5 hour massage and get an hour. 🙄😒

I’ve always had a great experience at this location. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have a membership and have no problems getting appointments.

Went in for a massage on shoulders and neck very stiff and needed help after I explained to the therapist what needed to happen I mentioned I had received a and when I say a I mean one single stich on my head early in the week and they refused to give me a massage just because of this it's not like I just had some major surgery or something it was one stich that was in no way close to where they are massaging and they make me leave in pain and tell me four weeks before I can return. And I can say that I will never return if you are to stupid to handle that then you don't deserve my business
