Originally when I came in about a week ago I wasn’t very happy with my hair cut, I was called a few days ago by whom I believe is the manager concerned with the situation. She wanted to know what had happened and how she could fix it. She offered me a resume and a complimentary cut after. I just left from getting my hair cut fixed and I couldn’t be happier.
I’m in the people business and know the value it is to keep a satisfied customer is. I can now say I’m a very satisfied customer. They not only care, but also go the extra mile to ensure there customers are happy. I don’t live near this location, but rest assure I will be back for my suture hair cuts.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad employee comments...sorry for your bad experiences. Haha but I actually enjoyed coming here. Only thing I will say...it is slightly over priced. $17 for a haircut is kind of a stretch, But other than that, Mikaela was awesome!!! She even stayed after close for 30 min to cut my hair. She was friendly, followed my requests to a T and was quick and efficient. My review is specifically for her.

Great cut! Went in on a whim, paid for a $9.99 cut and got fantastic results. I normally go to expensive salons but thought wjat the heck, I'll give it a shot and I was pleasantly pleased.
