BridgePoint Inn Daly City

A great experience and a relaxing stay! The reception lady was a great example of how to run a reception. The staff in all areas seemed to want to help and serve the customers with a smile. I also observed that the place was very clean and organized. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again!

the floor was moldy!! i did not buy this trip, my mom did, but its gross! i got 7 bug bites, and there was dust in the corner. the owners were really rude to me because i am a trans male and told my mom i was on my period infront of her. the breakfast was apples and granola bars! the room smelled like something DIED in there. the bed was not made and there was food in the fridge from who KNOWS when.

Horrible customer service. Did not listen to my concern I had with the hotel. I advise you to look somewhere else pay a little extra use your money s worth.

Super clean!

Room was clean, no microwave or mini fridge in rooms. Basic necessities. Slim options for food nearby. Not a place to walk around after 10 pm. We were allowed to check in earlier then 3. Owners were friendly. Floors in the rooms seemed to slant. Has shower and tub. Very basic but would stay here again.
