Have a lot of trust on this company. arrived out when we called regarding lack of hot water. Assessed and presented us with several options - informative but no pressure. When we decided to go with them, they were able to install within a couple of days. They were efficient, kept us apprised of arrival time and how long task would take, and it was pleasant to work with Tim.
