I had an inspection done of my homes plumbing from a competing company and was told both my 3” cast iron sewage line and my galvanized supply lines were past their service life. That company strongly recommended re-plumbing of my home due to eminent failure. Their recommendation didn’t sit right with me so I called express sewer and drain for a second recommendation.nnJames came out and immediately educated me on the plumbing of my home and then performed a thorough inspection including running a recorded video through my sewage lines.nnIn the end I was brought to awareness of how my home is plumbed and was told my plumbing is showing signs of its age but in no way is at the end of its service life. With no leaks, rust out of the fixtures, or lack of flow I was assured by James’ professionalism that I should start saving for future replacement but in no way in a state of emergency with my homes plumbing.nnThanks Express Crew for the timeliness, service, and exceeding the expectations I held for my plumbing needs.

I wish that I could take a picture and post it. Excuse, after excuse. The handle was not tightened , comes right off, didn't align the handle with hot and cold water. - Just amateur hour. Not recommended.

OK, now I am not happy that I needed to call a plumber AGAIN for Thanksgiving. I was super careful this year, but because I am cursed I had a backup. However I knew who I would call again. EXPRESS to the rescue. Now, it was a Friday and technically a holiday so I was not able to use the coupon I found online. But still the service fee under $150 was well worth it.nnThat same day our technician showed up and started to snake. It did not work, and he took the time to figure out what was going on and we moved the snake and got the blockage to go and YEA water went down.nnIf you need plumbing help then call Express Sewer and Drain. Nice people, fair prices, and quick service. I TRUST THEM.

I called to get some help removing an old p-trap pipe from the wall. I had installed a new sink, had all new pipes to replace the old, but this final piece was stuck and I needed a professional to get it out. When the tech came out he told me I needed a whole new set of pipes and would go purchase them at home depot. He returned, removed the old pipe and installed the new piece. For this he charged nearly $300 for the hour of labor and new parts which he said were $50. Later I saw the same set listed for $20-30, and were exactly the same pieces that I already had purchased for the project which he ignored. I also requested that he adjust the sink handles, which were not tightened correctly and spun too wide. He listed this on my bill but if he touched them, I saw no difference from before he came. I called in to ask if my charge was typical and to ask that the tech return to fix the handles. I was told they would look into it and haven’t heard back. As a single female homeowner I feel like I was taken advantage of and that they blew off my follow up phone call, I would not recommend their services.

They damaged my tree that I planted about 2 years ago and also damaged corner of house, not to mention they got stuck and messed up landscape. I called and emailed photos, the gal I spoke with promised someone would call back but no call back or apology or anything.
