These people are terrible landlords. They ignore maintenance requests. They arbitrarily raise rent prices in buildings that are not full citing “demand” and “current market value.” The staff is rude and generally unhelpful. They are unable to keep a maintenance staff because they pay them and treat them terribly. This makes getting simple standard maintenance and repair next to impossible. We have contacted them over and over and nothing gets done. DO NOT RENT from these slumlords if you can avoid it.
