North Kingstown Police Department

I had to report a recurring incident with a neighbor. The police officers were very professional and polite (a man and a woman, wish I had written down their names). They took the problem seriously and intervened. I personally feel safe knowing these two officers work in North Kingstown.

i called for a vehicle parked in a no parking tow zone. it took 48 minutes for one to show up. the officer knocked on the door with no answer. so he got back in his car and another cop showed up 4 minutes later. then they both looked at it and i guessed said OH WELL then took off. now bout the beginning of 2018 i gotten a ticket for parking in the same spot for 184.00 bucks. what do you guys do pick favorites.nni mean be fare what if emergency vehicles had to come in but couldn't because of a car parked in a tow zone, would you have done something then? come on guys do your job. either ticket so it won't happen again, or tow it. dont just shrug your shoulders and say too bad. just do the job right the first time then maybe they will get the hint as to not park where they don't belong.

the beds aren't very comfy also a balcony view and a couple paintings would be nice inside the cell

I just watched two citizens on an uploaded video on YouTube. And I was appaled with the way this police department treated these two citizens who were excersing their first admenmant right to film public officials. This one officer stormed at the one filmer and touches his camera and hand. That is assualt and an unacceptable act by a police officer who took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. The dispatcher shut down the windows and did not act professional at all ignoring these citizens cry for help. The Sargent was very unprofessional as well. All three employees should be fired. The one who assualted our citizen should be locked up. It's officers like him that get inicent people killed. Unacceptable!!!!!
