What a great experience I had with this company! Bianca on the phone and Nick out at the house ~ both so helpful, prompt, and professional. I am really impressed and happy and will for sure call them again if I need anything! :)
I had a new hot water heater installed by evergreen about two years ago. The pipe they installed has corroded and leaked onto the top of the hot water heater, rusting it. and their website seems to be down
RUN AWAY!!!!! This Company came into my house to repair my central air conditioning in August.nThey will harass you to buy their service contract, once you buy it good luck getting service.nThey will Never!!! call you back.nWhen they came in to do the original repair they DAMAGED my home.nThe guy they sent up into my attic put a line in wrong and I had a horrible leak.nThe entire wall of my closet and part of the ceiling was totally destroyed.nThey did admit it was their fault, it took them until the beginning of October to finally have a painter come into my home to assess the damage.nOnce again absolutely NO customer follow up. I called the painter they sent to my house., the painter then let me know they were not calling him back either.nWell it is now October and I did not want to call my homeowners insurance I had wanted to give them a chance to make things right.nObviously I have waited long enough. I am now calling my homeowners insurance and letting themntake care of replacing the dry wall, and the ceiling and doing the paint work.nWARNING please don’t let this horrible company into your home. I don’t want this nightmare to happen to another one of their customers.
Had an estimate done for fixing 1 leaking fitting. They wanted $500 for 10minutes of work.nn$10 at Home Depot and 15minutes of my time is all it took.nnNeedless to say, it was a mistake to seek help from this company.
Evergreen has been spot on from start to finish and thereafter for later work following their installing central heat and AC... Joe the owner.. went WAY WAY WAY out of his way with intelligent, honest options for us that beat every price. The workers (sorry I don't remember all of their names) ... ALL GENUINE, polite, respectfull, competent, expedient etc...I WILL always be using and recommending them for plumbing heating etc... in the future... YES...I am a real human client...I wish I could give my personal information out here... but I will ensure to Joe that they may use us for reference, though I suspect they don't need it!
