My very old oil burner finally let go so I was in great need of heat. Since I had gas in my home already, it was best to switch to gas. I called and Mr. Coogan was helping staff and answered the phone. He was here in the same day with my best options and made sure I was comfortable with my decisions. I did get other quotes and impressions but RE Coogan was the best in both price and integrity. He made it happen immediately and his crew was respectful and professional. I had heat just in time for the Polar Vortex. I am forever grateful and found a great service. High recommend RE Coogan.

We called when a pipe broke and the house was being flooded. They immediately sent a worker to our house who seemed to arrive only minutes after we called.nThe company owner himself arrived shortly after. These men were courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They assessed and fixed the problem on the spot.nWe went from a disaster emergency to a working house in the same day! It doesn't get any better than this.nWe will absolutely do business with RE Coogan Heating going forward. I just can't say enough how grateful we all are as a family.n#RockFromRInn***** Update:nAs the work before was so excellent and the workers top notch we brought them back. New clean lines with seamless shut offs Vs tons of pressure dropping twists.nWater pressure, better than ever. New garden hose line added so I didn't have to drag water around the house.nMind blowing radiator repair in a tight trapped space. It had been leaking from both sides up against the wall. Great experience. We needed our furnace replaced so I called 5 businesses for in-home estimates. Mr. Coogan came on a Tuesday night, provided a lower quote than the others, and the next morning replaced my entire system. When there was an issue with the furnace turning on, they came right away and resolved the problem. A week later a few more estimates finally came in - some were lower than Coogan, some were higher, but for the professionalism, fast service, and multiple calls afterward to make sure we were satisfied, I wouldn't have chosen anyone else.

Had major issue with my boiler requiring immediate replacement. Called R E Coogan and spoke with Robert directly. He was very informative about the system and also recommended info on energy audit as well as no cost finance and rebates. Promised next day install. At the last minute I made a major change and called Robert and woke him up at 6 in the morning (sorry again Robert). At this point I figured I would have to wait longer but Robert took care of all my concerns and had boiler installed by end of the day. The fact he gave me his personal phone number and answered a call at 6 in the morning says a lot about the character of this man and his company. His employees were professional at all times. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future should the need arise.
