Horrible experience! Clean care was recommended by the insurance company to restore our basement after it was flooded in November. Initially they seemed to be in line with what we wanted but after that it’s not been a good experience. Our contractor did not respond to our any of our requests. We requested quotes multiple times and there was no response. Permits were not pulled even after insisting that they be pulled. Quality of work even with demolition was not good. There was no progress after 3 months. Wouldn’t recommend them for any type of restoration work. They’re unreliable, unresponsive and do not do good work.
Recently our home caught on fire. Thank God everyone ( including our two extremely loved dogs ) were Ok. We were lucky and blessed.nClean Care of New England came to our rescue. We were overwhelmed with their level of professionalism. Highly skilled workers came every day. They were precision perfectionist, respectful, kind, friendly and extremely hard working individuals.
