The tech was awesome, very nice & respectful man. The results were remarkable, the carpet in this house we just moved into had to be over 20 years old, I did NOT think any of these stains would come out but this rug is about 4 times a lighter color now and looks new..I’m still shocked. I walked in and said WOAH, kept looking at it all night. Customer service was also good (the women on the phone) but it could have been better, that’s the only downfall. She was just an angry woman I’m assuming.. but the service, quality, kindness of the man who came, was on point! Thank you. I’m so much more happier now.nnMy house also smells like citrus which is also amazing
They arrived right in the middle of the window they provided (which was large but I understand that not all cleaning jobs are going to be quick and easy). The guy who was doing the cleaning was incredibly helpful and kind. He was careful with all of our furniture and got the job done quickly. I couldn't believe how good the rugs looked after he was finished. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone
Albert and Gary were outstanding from the minUte they arrived... on time! Multiple hardwood floors and tile floors were scheduled. This crew was professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and my floors are shining clean! They brought back luster and richness to My hardwood floors . They cleaned the ductwork and heat vents and did an awesome job. Very professional and experienced workers, I am happy with the service they provided.
