I’ve been going to this salon since I moved to RI from NY in 2014. The dream pedicures are epic very good value and includes paraffin wax, 10 min massage and hot stones. The manicures are also great, but the pedicures are not to miss. Staff is always friendly and it is very clean.
I reside in Warwick; today was my first time visiting this salon. Sara did my UV gel manicure; I have to say, I am very pleased. I used to go to COCO nails in North Providence. Happy I decided to try somewhere new and a lot closer to where we live. Definitely a returning customer.
Great job. Wish they'd paint the entire nail but how often do you find a salon that does that. They want it to grow out quicker so you'll return quicker so they leave a small space at the cuticles
Went for UV gel full set. Price was $70, which is a little more than other places. She did my nails so thick and the thumbs were crooked. I told her and she barely fixed them, I had to fix them at home. Not worth the price. They charge for nail file etc an extra dollar, which is fine but at end of service I gave her $80 and the total was $71, meaning she would get $9 tip. She then asked me if I had an extra dollar to make it an even $10 tip, I then had to have her break $100 just to give her a tip. Not the best experience. I have always gotten my pedicures here, but I will not be back for nail services and will be going to Vida for my fill, and they are cheaper.
Completely rushed in and out, the guy doing my nails kept getting up to leave and do other things. The prices are not realistic. I left with nail polish all around my nails. They have a very difficult time understanding what you want done!
