I moved here in the middle of the pandemic last year and needed a new salon. I took my chance with this one on a groupon and will now be a regular client. Ellie did my hair and it came out amazing. The salon is super clean and everyone there is really nice. I'd highly recommend you check this place out.

I was greeted promptly when I arrived. The salon was very clean and decorated nicely. My hair stylist, Ellie was attentive, friendly, and listened to my concerns. I am very happy with my haircut and I will definitely be back next time.

Dianne is a nice women but as a stylist does not go out of her way to satisfy her clients in comparison to other stylists or even the stylists there, does not check in with the client, and the worst part of what makes a potentially good stylist a “bad one” is rushing discussion on goals and client wants and ensures they are both on the same page. Horrible, horrible communication. I have been to her three times because I don’t give up on people and I have never gotten what I wanted in comparison to most salons I’ve been to. I’m not hard to please, but when communication is shut down and the stylist is not of good service due to lack of communication and respect it’s clear there seems to be an over confidence, little to no communication and not being humble and attentive as a stylist. I even brought a picture example the third time and there was a peak I had to stop her and show her visually too and just goes straight to cutting no mutual confirmation/discussion and not down to earth as a stylist, very carefree. I’m saving my money and my word.nnIf you need any hair cut more than a trim, and have something in mind for your hair....I’d suggest going elsewhere. A client should be relaxed, and there shouldn’t be more effort coming from the clients side.
