Decided with my husband and my parents to go try this new place since it is in new management, first of all it was good that they took us without any appointments and were very nice. We paid for the 65$ pedicure, my husband, mom and her husband, they first of all started on me and my mom first and then some women came in who kept saying “ugh this is crazy” and kept mumbling as though we were doing something to her, she didn’t even try to do a good job on my husband or massage his feet as the price was, then after we were all done, they only offered me and my mother massages, I do not think they did a bad job which is why I rated it a 3 star, I think they did not take the men as customers or try as hard with them, they were a bit disorganized, and the pedicure was so much and felt like we barley got anything done. The two men that were there were the only good ones at their job, one of the women were good too and did a decent job, the women who came in after and wouldn’t stop mumbling was not good. Think they need to work on a couple things and not to mention my toes chipped.
This business is currently under new management. I made an appointment as a first time customer, and was able to work with the nail tech named Rita. She was very professional and did an excellent job on my nails. I would highly recommend the new eluxe to anyone.
Went in today for French manicure. Great job! I am very fussy and was highly satisfied. Will definitely go back!
I chose a procedure for $45. I picked out a dark teal color. The lady said it was a gel color and would last longer. What she DIDN'T say was that it would be $15 more. I found this out when paying the bill. I tried to dispute it, but the woman working the front desk would not remove the additional $15 charge. Very deceptive practices at this place. She said she would speak to the manager about it, but I never heard back from them. I strongly recommend that you choose another place for nail services. There was no soothing music or televisions to watch, and right next door is a martial arts place. So, kids were yelling next door the entire time.
